Mystery report reaches SC, parties say they didn’t file it | India News


A mysterious Confidential Report Landed before the supplication of the Directorate of Aid of Banco de SC for canceling the bail of the former bureaucrat Anil tute in Chhattisgarh liquor scam Case, without any of the parties that claim to have presented it.
At the beginning of the audience, the bank told lawyers that they appeared for ED, Chhattisgarh Govt and guardianship that a sealing envelope containing some confidential report was presented. He said the report was without date and without sign and the lawyer’s name was not mentioned through which it was presented. The bank asked who had presented the report and what was confidential about it.
As none of the parties admitted to having filed it, the bank asked the additional attorney SV Raju, who appeared for ED, to review the report. After reading a part of the report, Raju said it was certainly not presented by ED, since the report was against the agency. The court said he would make a consultation and asked the defenders in the registration of the opposite parties to review the report before asking the registrar to discover who presented it.
