Mohali: singer’s manager Punjabi Sidhu Moose Wala Shagangpreet Singh He played a key role in the murder of youth Akali Dal official Vikramjit Singh alias Vicky Middukhera in 2021, said a local court, which ordered the SSP of Mohali to initiate extradition procedures against Shagangpreet, which according to the reports fled to Australia and other fugitives accused in the case.

The court, while felting the shooters, ordered the investigative agency to complete the investigation with respect to the remaining defendants who are generally: Shagangpreet, Ravinder Chouhan, Lucky Patial, Shadow and Dharminder Singh alias Guitni.
Some of these defendants are fugitive that require extradition, and “full justice cannot be done to the victim’s family without taking all the defendants to reserve,” said the court, which ordered Mohali SSP to stop to the fugitives and begin their extradition process.
A day after the murder of Middukhera, Shagangpreet went to Dubai to organize the Moose Wala concert, and returned four days later. He stayed in Mohali for three days before fleeing to Australia. The Mohali Police then insimted the Australian embassy on Shagangpreet’s criminal participation, requesting to cancel his visa.
