Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday announced a series of incentives for Pakistani abroad, including special courts, fiscal referrals, work quotas and skills development opportunities to recognize their contributions to the development of the country.
Going to the Pakistani convention abroad in Islamabad, the prime minister said that the Government will also operate the installation of the ‘Green Channel’ in the next two weeks.
In February of this year, the prime minister had said that the Initiative of the Green Canal was an innovative program to “facilitate immigration and mild customs processes for Pakistani abroad.”
More than 1,200 Pakistani expatriates from all over the world attended, the Convention highlighted the contributions of more than 10 million Pakistani abroad, to whom the prime minister described as “the pride of the nation.”
The prime minister also announced the establishment of special courts for the rapid disposal of cases related to Pakistani abroad. The Prime Minister announced that the Special Court of Pakistani abroad had already been established in Islamabad and would extend to all provinces for the rapid resolution of legal cases presented by the expatriates.
Prime Minister Shehbaz said the evidence recording installation in the video link in Pakistan’s missions abroad would also be available.

Prime Minister Shehbaz also announced quotas in educational institutions, including a five percent quota in all authorized universities (10,000 seats) for Pakistani children abroad, 5pc in the degree awards institutes of the Federal Capital and 15PC in medical schools.
Pakistani abroad will now be considered filing by the Federal Income Board (FBR), allowing relief in bank taxes and commercial transactions. In addition, the National Commission for Vocational and Technical Training will offer 5,000 skills development courses to the children of Expatrious, he said.
In addition, the prime minister said that the federal government had granted a five -year age relaxation for male employment applicants abroad and a seven -year relaxation for foreign women to request government jobs. In addition, income meetings have established special facilitation offices in Punjab and Baluchistan, with efforts to replicate the initiative in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Azad Kashmir.
He also praised the digital reforms of Punjab, including the registration of online sales deed, and announced that the system was tested in the High Pakistani commission in London and then in other missions around the world.
He praised the foreign community for his unwavering support for Pakistan’s economy, particularly pointing out that $ 4.1 billion of record remittances were sent in March. It is estimated that at the end of this fiscal year, remittances will exceed $ 38 billion, exceeding the total exports of the country, he said.
He announced that every year on August 14, the Pakistani abroad outstanding would receive civil prizes based on remittance contributions, as traced by the State Bank. The diplomatic missions and the Pakistanis Foundation abroad (OPF) will present their nominations for that purpose, he added.
When addressing the resurgence of terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the prime minister emphasized the need to recognize the sacrifices of soldiers who sacrifice their lives to protect the country. He condemned the stories on social networks aimed at the military, urging the Nation to counteract such propaganda through logic and patriotism. He also reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to the causes of Kashmir and Gaza.
‘Brain gain, no drainage’
The head of the Army Chief, Gen also Munir, also spoke on the occasion. He praised the Pakistani abroad for their dedication and commitment to the nation.
“Those who promote the narration of brain escape should know that this is not a brain leak but a brain gain, and Pakistani abroad are the best example of that,” he said.

According to the Army Chief, “while the brave people of this country meet the armed forces of Pakistan, their army can easily face all difficulties.”

He also condemned Israel’s military aggression in Gaza, expressing solidarity with the Palestinians under bombing in the territory. “The hearts of the Pakistani beat the Muslims of Gaza in unison,” he added.
The president of the Pakistani Foundation abroad, Syed Qamar Raza, said that Prime Minister Shehbaz responded positively to 14 key demands of Pakistani abroad and formed a high -power committee under the vice president Prime Minister Ishaq Dar. He emphasized the important role of the diaspora, extended in 160 countries and confirmed that a mega convention abroad will be held annually every April.
