Haaland released his campaign on Tuesday morning in a video online after insinuating an ad in recent days. Democratic governor Michelle Lujan Grisham does not run for re -election, since state law prohibits governors from seeking a third consecutive mandate, which makes Haaland the favorite on the democratic side.
