Brad Jacobs de Alberta is the winner of the Brier.
He defeated Matt Dunstone 5-3 of Manitoba in the final dramatic of the Men Canadian Curling Championship in Prospera Place.
It is Brier’s second title for veteran Skip, which he also won in 2013.
This is the first full season of Jacobs with the team, which includes Vice Marc Kennedy, the second Brett Gallant and the leader of Ben Hebert.
Dunstone has made three apparitions on the podium on the Brier, but has not yet won.

Dunstone, with the hammer, blank the first four ends before scoring a deduce in the fifth. Jacobs was retained to a single in the sixth and then stole one in the seventh.
