Sardar Akhtar Mengal and other workers of his faction of the National Party of Baluchistan (BNP-M) remained unharmed on Saturday after a suicide terrorist flew near the Rally of the party in Mastung.

The letter added that the Intelligence and Coordination Committee on Friday “unanimously decided that the demonstrations/long march cannot be entered into the jurisdiction of the Quetta district by virtue of the current security situation of the law and order issued by the agencies of application of the law (read).”

“Your application is labeled for reasons mentioned in Para-2/N and you are not allowed to enter the Quetta district,” said the letter.

He warned: “In case of violation, the organizers will be fully responsible for any unpleasant incident or interruption that may occur. In addition, measures will be taken against the organizers under the relevant provisions of the law.”
