Youtuber Saadur Rehman, known as “Ducky Bhai”, was reserved for showing “extreme carelessness and imprudence” in a video where he was seen driving his vehicle using his feet, he emerged on Saturday.
According to a first information report (FIR) presented at the Chakri Police Station in Rawalpindi on April 19, a copy of which is available with Dawn.comAround 3:20 pm, Rehman uploaded a video of his social media account in which he was seen driving a vehicle.
You could see Rehman, in the video, “driving his vehicle with the help of his feet, showing extreme carelessness and recklessness,” said Fir.
He added that the actions of the YouTuber not only endangered their own life and property, but also of the other people traveling on the highway.
The FIR said the suspect had committed vandalism against whom the Prosecutor’s Office has presented the case.
According to the FIR, the case against Youtuber was registered under article 67 (recklessly or dangerously) of the National Road Safety Ordinance (NHSO) 2000, and Section 279 (imprudent conducting or conducting publicly) of the Pakistan Criminal Code.
