A woman suspected of being involved in a fire attempt fire and repeated vandalization of a Northern Concessionaire of Colorado Tesla was arrested on Monday, the fourth incident of this type reported in the place in recent weeks.
Lucy Grace Nelson, 40, was arrested after it was allegedly discovered that Nelson returned to the Tesla concessionaire on Monday in possession of “additional and material incendiary devices attributed to vandalism,” according to a press release from the Loveland Police Department on Wednesday.
Previous vandalism incidents were reported at the concessionaire on January 29, on February 2 and February 7. The type of devices and materials that Nelson was in possession is unknown.
“ATF will handle the publication of that information if you wish,” police told NBC News.
Police say that Nelson was operating under alias Justin Thomas Nelson, which is Nelson’s old name.
Nelson was prosecuted in Larimer County prison. Nelson was accused of the use of explosives or incendiary devices during a serious crime, criminal mischief and criminal attempt to commit a serious class 3 crime.
Judge Jill Sage established Nelson’s bonus at $ 100,000 in cash. Nelson has published bail and is no longer in custody. A date reading date must be determined, according to the police.
