Wildfires continue to scorch Carolinas, burning homes and forcing evacuations


The teams in Las Carolinas continue to fight against the large forest fires that have burned hundreds of acres, forced evacuations and destroyed houses.

The Fire Rock Table, which lit on Friday, has grown to more than 1,300 acres without containment, said the South Carolina Forestry Commission in an update on X Sunday Night

Another great forest fire is burning near Persimmon Ridge in Greenville County, South Carolina. The fire began on Saturday and has grown to more than 800 acres without containment, said the commission.

The governor of South Carolina, Henry McMaster, declared an emergency state on Saturday. There have been no reports of fire injuries, said the South Carolina Forestry Commission.

At least six aircraft will be deployed on Monday for water fall missions for both inferolics.

Other fires exploded in the rural parts of Polk County, North Carolina. Black Cove and Deep Woods have a containment of zero percent and have burned more than a thousand acres, according to a press release on Sunday. The fires have destroyed a house and two structures.

The fire of the fish hook was contained in 50% and grew to almost 200 acres, according to the launch. Three houses have been destroyed.

Other parts of the country will be beaten with a severe climate. In southeastern Louisiana, a severe power storm surveillance is in force. Possible thunderstorms can be possible throughout Monday along the I-10 corridor through northern Florida.

The great lakes of New England will see a winter weather mixture on Monday. Five million people are under winter alerts for snow.

This weekend, parts of the west media, the Ohio Valley, the Southeast and the Gulf coast could see a significant and generalized severe climate.
