PACE Bowling Great Wasim Akram has urged Pakistan and Cricket players from India to ignore the noise and enjoy the game when they are in a highly loaded match of the T20 Cup Asia on Sunday.
Group A’s game in Dubai is the first clash in the Cricket field among countries since a military conflict four months ago took relations between neighbors with nuclear weapons to their lowest point in decades.
India resisted the calls to boycott the game between the couple, which has not played in any bilateral series since mortal attacks in Mumbai 2008.
“Enjoy, it’s a Cricket game,” said the legendary leftist Akram AFP of the match, which could potentially be the first of the three high -octane meetings among countries in the T20 tournament.
“Forget about everything that is not Crick. A team will win and a team will lose,” he said.
“Just enjoy the moment if you want the game. The pressure will come, enjoy and show discipline because this is just a game. It is for both teams and for both fans.”
A house full of 25,000 is expected in the Dubai International Cricket Stadium and Akram recalled how it prospered in pressure situations during their 19 -year -old international career.
“I enjoyed all the games against India, and so did the opposition players,” said Akram, who directed a Pakistan tour team to India in 1999 despite the threats of the extremists.
The 59 -year -old man was also part of the 1987 tour of Pakistan during which the two countries were close to the war.
Akram advised an inexperienced Pakistan team to think about the general scenario and did not get carried away by the exaggeration of playing the champions and archirrival of the world of T20 India.
“Pakistan has an opportunity since they won a TRI series last week,” Akram said, referring to a T20 series with Afghanistan and Eau.
“They shouldn’t think that we just need to win against India, think about winning the Asia Cup,” he said.

“I don’t think the game is unilateral as India against the EAA,” Akram said on Wednesday of the opening of India, where they needed only 4.3 overs to achieve their goal after saying goodbye to the hosts by 57.
“Anything can happen in this tournament.”
Pakistan defeated Oman for 93 races in his opening party on Friday.
Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Hong Kong and Bangladesh are in Group B.
The two best teams of each group will qualify for the Super Four. The Asia Cup final will be in Dubai on September 28.
