UP police recorded a case against Rathore on January 17, after a woman’s complaint, who accused him of sexually exploiting during the last four years, promising to marry her.

On January 22, the survivor’s husband filed a separate complaint against five people, claiming that Rathore and his son were pressing the family to liquidate the case.
