Five crew members were rescued on Sunday after a US Navy helicopter and a fighter jet crashed in separate incidents in the South China Sea. In both incidents, the aircraft were conducting routine operations from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. All crew members involved are safe and in stable condition.
