A teenager from the United Kingdom who killed three family members and planned to overcome the notorious US massacres to become “the most famous school shooter of the 21st century in the world” was imprisoned on Wednesday for a minimum of 49 years.
Nicholas Prosper, 18 at the time of the murders, used a shotgun to kill his mother Juliana Falcon, 48, Sister Giselle, 13, and her brother Kyle, 16, who also received more than 100 knife wounds, at her home in Luton, north of London, in September 2024.

Prosper told the Police about his arrest of his “Friday 13” plan to also kill dozens of four and five years and two teachers in a primary school near the one he had previously attended, then he himself.
He said that his goal was to carry out a more deadly attack than the massacres of Sandy Hook and Virginia Tech in the United States, but that the plan was interrupted when his mother woke up before he could kill his family while they sleep. “Explicitly he sought to emulate and overcome Adam Lanza, the 20 -year -old American who shot 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Connecticut in 2012,” said the judge.
“He pointed to 34 deaths, one more than the deadliest school shooting in recent times in the United States of America, in Virginia Tech in 2007,” he added.
Prosper had drawn classroom diagrams at the Catholic Elementary School of St Joseph de Luton and written a note to the side reading “Kill All”.
“You filmed by acting for the killing in the kitchen,” said the judge.
‘Completely shocked’
Prosper, who, according to experts, showed symptoms of autistic spectrum disorder, received a life imprisonment, with a minimum period of 49 years.
Taking into account the time already served, a minimum of 48 years and 177 days will pass in jail.
“It is still very dangerous and may never release it,” said the judge, and added that Prosper, who delayed the hearing when he refused to leave his cell, had not shown remorse.
After he was asked to leave school in 2023, Prosper “existed in an online world, choosing little real life with others,” he told the court.
The analysis of his activity on the Internet revealed a fascination with “well -known murderers, shooting perpetrators in mass schools worldwide and rapists,” added the judge.
A statement written by Ray Prosper, the father of the author and ex -husband of Juliana Falcon, told the Court that “the pain of our loss will never be healed.”
“When I heard the horrendas news that day, part of my soul also died,” he said. “This is a lost situation for all of us and we have lost four family members.”
Bedfordshire police chief John Murphy said the local police force was “completely shocked and horrified by the disgusting actions of this individual.”
