Donald J. Trump was sworn in as the 47th president in a ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda and declared that “America’s golden age begins right now.” Late today, he appeared at a parade at the 20,000-seat Capitol One Arena after the inauguration was moved indoors due to cold weather. And he was signing a series of executive orders on immigration, the economy and energy. Lester Holt of NBC News reports.
