Four people, including a police officer from New York City, were killed when an armed man opened fire in a skyscraper of Midtown Manhattan who houses the headquarters of the NFL. The authorities say that the suspect, identified by the police as a 27 -year -old from Las Vegas, died of self -inflicted shot and left a note that mentions CTE and expresses anger that his mental illness can be linked to playing football.
