The devastated parents of the missing university student of Sudiksha Konanki said they are “reaching an agreement with the fact that our daughter has drowned.” Meanwhile, at a hearing in the Dominican Republic, Joshua Riibe begged a judge to let him return to the United States, he is believed to be the last person seen with Konanki before disappearing on March 6. There are no suspects that have been named in their disappearance. Jesse Kirsch of NBC News was in the Court’s Chamber for the hearing.
