KOLKATA: Citing a forensic report that found no evidence of struggle at the spot where the body of rape and murder victim RG Kar was found, the lawyer representing Sanjay Roy, the civic volunteer arrested in the case, raised questions about the scene where the crime occurred, during arguments in a Sealdah court on Saturday.
Roy, the only person named as an accused by CBI, has claimed that he was framed in the case.
