The floods on Monday in the central province of Henan killed three people, with five missing after more than 9 inches of rain fell into two rural cities in three hours, said the CCTV of the state station CCTV.
Last week, floods arrived in the southwest city of Rongjiang in the province of Guizhou twice in four days, in the midst of 72 hours of rain that was twice the average of June, killing six and forcing tens of thousands to flee to a safe place.
