Drake Batherson’s phone player phone video
The jury has just seen a video of EM in a smaller bar inside Jack’s, where he has seen McLeod talking. The two are chatting for the video, with McLod coinciding coincidentally with the arm at the bar of the bar and his back against him.
They ask for drinks: EM makes two shots and McLeod once does. He is also holding a drink.
A 13 -second video that Waque says he came from Drake Batherson’s phone is also shown (he currently plays for Ottawa senators and is on the list of possible witnesses in this trial).
The clip shows a super full dance floor and there is sound. It was taken at some point between midnight and 2:30 am on June 19, 2018. It was difficult for police to determine the exact moment because some of the players’ phones were from different time areas.
The dance video shows the following people smiling at the camera: Jake Bean, Foot, Batherson, Brett Howden and Cale Makar.
In another video, Tyler Steenbergen is shown in the bar, as well as Matt Maccarone, who Waque, according to Waque, was not on the team, but was with them that night.
