Mosco – President Vladimir Putin de Russia said Sunday morning that his country is committed to restarting direct conversations with kyiv about finishing his war, and suggested that the next discussions begin on May 15 in Türkiye.
He said he was scheduled to talk to Turkey president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, later on Sunday in the hope of holding conversations next week in Istanbul. There would be no previous conditions by Russia, he said.
Putin said that Ukraine moved away from such conversations in the past and broke the top fire agreements, although both parties have been guilty for the attacks during the last three cessation. He used a language that expressed his desire for serious conversations with long -term consequences, including lasting peace.
Putin’s comments arrived on the last day of the high three -day fire declared by Russia, and almost immediately after the leaders of the United Kingdom, France, Poland and Germany, threatened to increase the sanctions against the nation if it does not accept a high unconditional fire of 30 days from Monday.

He has also insisted that Ukraine never promises to join NATO, accept restrictions on the size of his army and protect the culture and language.
Last week, Putin said Russia had enough strength and resources to bring war in Ukraine to its logical conclusion, although I hoped there was no need to use nuclear weapons.
