Democrats make plans to retaliate if Republicans Gerrymander Texas, but face legal obstacles

The Democrats in the two largest blue states in the United States are enlargeing plans to respond in kind to a movement of mid decade of Texas to draw a map of the House of Representatives for Republicans.

The retaliation threats come from the governor of California Gavin Newsom and New York Governor Kathy Hochul, who direct states where Democrats control large legislative majorities. They say that two can play in this game, promising to similarly eliminate the seats controlled by the Republican party in their states.

But that is easier to say it.
