The Punjab police arrested five suspects on Saturday for their alleged participation in a child’s group violation in Muzaffarh, according to an official statement.
Last year, the Non -Governmental Organization (NGOs) the cruel data of six months of Sahil revealed that a total of 1,630 cases of child abuse from all over the country were reported.
In the first six months of 2024, 862 cases of child sexual abuse, 668 cases of kidnapping, 82 cases of missing children and 18 cases of children’s marriages. 48 cases of pornography after sexual abuse were also recorded.
“A case has been registered against the defendants at Shah Jamal Police Station in Muzaffarh,” said a police spokesman.
The first Information Report (FIR) was recorded in sections 375-A (PG-Hang violation) and 377-B (sexual abuse of a minor) of the Pakistan Criminal Code (PPC).
“The suspects took a child minor to a mango garden and abused him from,” added the spokesman.
Previously, the Muzafargarh district police officer, Dr. Muhammad Rizwan Khan, also realized group violation in the Shah Jamal Police Station area, according to the spokesman.
On Friday, Punjab police claimed to have arrested three of the four men who allegedly violated a 16 -year -old girl after kidnapping her in Chak 437 GB, Samundri in the Faisalabad district.
Last month, Punjab police had also arrested three suspects to allegedly violate a woman in Lahore.
