Nueva Delhi: A couple arrested by ED of Punjab on Friday, who had a teacher’s marketing fraud of several levels by deceiving investors with promises of a handsome rental value in the purchase of cloud space and lease it, has been referred to in custody.
On Saturday, a special PMLA Court in Jalandhar referred 10 days and Dimple Kharour to five days in custody to Sukhvitnder Singhviver Kharour. Supposedly they collected more than 3.5 billion rupees in the last 2-3 years and diverted the “product of the crime.”
Attention notices were issued after they went on to clandestinity. At least 26 luxury cars worth 80 million rupees (belonging to the couple) were seized by ED last month. Ed also attached other assets in Punjab, for a total of RS 178 million rupees.

The defendant created multiple capricious entities to divert the product of the crime. Huge funds were also diverted in Dimple bank accounts and production units in filming by it, such as Kharour Films LLP, Fruitchaat Entertainment PVT and AVNI Ininfra Ventures Ltd, in which she is a director. However, these companies have no relationship with the VMSL cloud particle business that raised huge investor funds, the agency said.
Ed was attentive to the influential couple who had evaded the arrest in Punjab for a long time despite several trap and fraud complaints. The central agency finally registered a FIR in Noida and with the help of the UP Police issued a notice of view. The officials coordinated with international application agencies that helped track the defendant in Nepal from where they were sent to India. “Sukhvinder, CEO and founder of Vuenow Group is’ Master ‘of the scam that in collusion with its nearby attendees orchestrated the’ Cloud Particle Scam,” Ed said.
