Four PTI senators, including Dost Muhammad, Zeeshan Khanzada, Mirza Muhammad Afridi and Muhammad Azam Khan Swati, have renounced their respective permanent committees of the Senate on Thursday, saying that they had made the movement with the instructions of the founder of PTI Incarcellado Imran Khan.
The development occurs two weeks after the PTI claimed that some 30 of its legislators resigned from the membership of the parliamentary committees, although the Secretariat of the National Assembly only confirmed the reception of 20 resignations.
The renunciation letters of the four senators, seen by Dawn.comHe declared that the decision was “voluntarily” by order of Imran.
