Pro wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, 71, died from heart attack

A heart attack caused the death of the Hulk Hogan professional fight icon, authorities said Thursday, a week after the greatest artist who died in Florida.

His cause of death was formally listed as “acute myocardial infarction”, a technical term for a heart attack, according to the Forensic doctor of the Six district who investigates deaths in the Pinellas and Pasco counties.

Hogan’s death was called “natural” with a pathologist who points to the story of the “atrial fibrillation” and leukemia.

Clearwater’s police and firefighters rushed home exactly a week ago to respond a call of “cardiac arrest” at 9:51 am, the city said in a statement.

The first to respond led Morton Plant Hospital, where he was declared dead at 11:17 am, police said.
