Police investigating shots fired at Bollywood actor’s Surrey, B.C., café


Police are investigating an incident in which they fired in a freshly opened coffee in Surrey, owned by actor and comedian Kapil Sharma de Bollywood.

The surrey police service (SPS) said in a statement a series of shots were fired in Kap’s Cafe, located in the Newton neighborhood of Surrey on 120th Street, the early hours of Thursday while the staff was inside.

He said no one was injured, but the property was damaged.

You could see several bullet holes in the coffee windows on Thursday, as well as a broken window.

The statement says that the police are investigating connections with other incidents and possible reasons. Any person with information must communicate with the Non-Emergency line at 604-599-0502 and the contribution file number 25-57153 (SP).
