PoK intruder arrested along LoC in Poonch | India News


JAMMU: A 30-year-old man from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) was arrested after crossing the Line of Control into Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Sunday.
Mohammad Yasir FaizA resident of Tetrinote village of PoK, he was taken into police custody at the border village of Salotri around 11.30pm on Saturday. He was initially interrogated by the army and later sent to Poonch police station. Authorities said Faiz appeared to have mental problems.
Their repatriation will be decided after the interrogation by field agencies is completed, police said.
