“Who works diligently and systematically to kill the part with which he is negotiating, he intends to frustrate the negotiations … the negotiations, for them, are simply part of the war,” said Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad al Tani to the Arab and Muslim leaders.
He also said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “dreams of converting the Arab region into a sphere of Israeli influence, and this is a dangerous illusion.”
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said that the current actions of Israel hindered any possibility of new peace treaties in the Middle East.
In the comments addressed to Israel, he told the Arab-Islamic Summit in Doha: “What is happening at this time makes the future of peace difficult, threatens their safety and the safety of peoples in the region and add obstacles to the possibilities of any new peace agreements and even abort existing ones.”
