Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has received an honorary title of Doctor in Philosophy during his visit to Malaysia in recognition of his “pending leadership and contributions to the construction of the nation.”
The Prime Minister arrived in Malaysia on October 5 for an official three -day visit to Malaysia, where a productive Monday spent, collecting six agreements and several commercial and bilateral agreements.

He appreciated Pahang Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, who is also the constitutional head of IIUM, to decorate the event.

The prime minister expressed the hope that his visit to the university team further strengthened the ties of the academic association and the collaboration between the leading institutions of higher education in IIio and Pakistan.
The prime minister emphasized that leadership was not a privilege but a “sacred confidence, Amanah, which must be exercised with honesty of purpose, sincerity, justice and transparent responsibility before Allah.”
“History has the testimony that every time Muslims firmly had these glorious principles, they not only flourished, but also became a source of guidance for humanity worldwide,” said Prime Minister Shehbaz.
