Emergency teams responded to the site of a plane crash in a residential area in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Sunday afternoon.
The online images of the accident, verified by NBC News, show the tail of a plane in a parking lot, while the rest of the plane is wrapped in flames. Firefighters managed to extinguish the flames, but at least two vehicles were damaged by the fire.
The authorities did not immediately answer questions about the number of injuries. Five people were on board, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

The accident occurred in the parking area of Brethren Village, a retirement community located less than one mile of Lancaster airport.
A search for public records using the tail number showed that it was a single aircraft engine Beechcraft A36TC, manufactured in 1981.
