Pakistan’s Cricket Board (PCB) said Wednesday that Bangladesh’s male team will travel Pakistan in May for a T20i series of five games.
Pakistan played for the last time at the International Crick against New Zealand earlier this month, where green shirts lost the international series of one day (3-0) and the International Series Twenty20 (4-1).
The Super League of Pakistan is currently in progress in the country with the final set that will take place on May 18.
The PCB said in a press release: “The series, which is part of the Future Tour (FTP) program, originally consisted of three ODI and three international Twenty20 (T20IS).
“However, with the ICC T20 World Cup for next year, both together have agreed to replace the ODI with two additional T20is.”
The T20I series of five games will be played in Faisalabad and Lahore from May 25 to June 3, the PCB added.
The IQBAL Stadium in Faisalabad, which was the successful host of the opening cup of one day in September last year and the National Cup T20 last month, will organize the first and second T20I of the series, scheduled on May 25 and 27.
The IQbal Stadium, which has previously housed 24 tests and 16 ODI between 1978 and 2008, will welcome the International Cricket after a 17 -year -old pause, said the press release.
The last International Party of the Historic Place was a hate between Bangladesh and Pakistan in April 2008.

The Bangladesh team will arrive on May 21 and will undergo training sessions at the IQBAL stadium from May 22 to 24, the press release concluded.
Bangladesh toured the last tour of Pakistan in September last year for two tests, where they beat the hosts 2-0 to complete their inaugural Blanca over Pakistan in that format of the game.
