Baluchistan’s prime minister Sarfaraz Bugti said on Thursday that Pakistan was fighting a complete “intelligence war” financed by the Indian Research and Analysis wing (RAW) and carried out through “Indian Indians.”

Bugti said the terrorist capacity had increased due to the US devices available in the black market and the weapons supplied by RAW.

Regarding the issue of missing persons, the prime minister said that “a narrative” against the State on a controversial issue had been built. “There is a lost count. People are missing in KP. Nobody talks about them,” he said.
He said that the Baluchistan government approved legislation to establish centers where radicalized young people would be trained to reintegrate them to society.
“They will remain there, their parents will be there, a magistrate will be present. A high -power Board chaired by the president of the BHC Court (Superior Court of Baluchistan) will give them an extension,” he said.
Bugti also said that there was a difference between “self -tidelines” and forced disappearances.
“Many have seized themselves. That is why we approve a law and a political dialogue will continue,” he added.
