At the beginning of the month, the FO rejected the recent comments made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of India in Azad Jammu and Cashmiro (AJK) as “statements without foundation” while asking his country to leave the occupied areas of the region.
The statement occurred one day after the Minister of External Affairs of India, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, refers to AJK, said that the Kashmir’s dispute would be resolved after the “return of the stolen back of Kashmir that is under the illegal Pachistani occupation.”

The 50 -year -old was arrested together with other political leaders and thousands of residents when the government canceled the occupied constitutional semi -autonomy of Kashmir and the federal government imposed in 2019.
