More than 30 people were injured after a transport bus crashed into a ditch in Missouri on Saturday morning.
Around 10:45 am, the driver of a Freightliner transport bus that is directed west on state highway 100 west of Eagles Nest Drive in the County of Gasconade traveled on the right side of the road, according to the road patrol of the state of Missouri. The allegedly corrected driver and diverted from the left side of the road, hitting a ditch.
The authorities did not reveal the cause of the accident.
According to online records, at least 33 people, all adults between 27 and 68 years, mainly with minor and moderate injuries, according to online records. Four people had serious injuries, including a 36 -year -old woman, a 37 -year -old man, a 45 -year -old man and a 60 -year -old man.
An additional person aboard the bus, a 60 -year -old woman, was not injured in the accident. All passengers, including non -injured woman, were taken to hospitals in the area. The authorities did not identify anyone on the bus.
It is not clear at this time how many people in total were on board, or where they were going when the bus crashed.
