According to the internal procedure of the Supreme Court to investigate the accusations against the judges of the Constitutional Court, the CJI first seeks the judge’s response before deciding whether to initiate an investigation. If a deeper investigation is needed, a panel that includes a judge of the Supreme Court and two main judges of the Superior Court can be formed.
