Nueva Delhi: before the conversation of US President Donald Trump with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin for a high fire, Ukraine Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that his country wishes a peaceful resolution to the conflict, but will not compromise in its territorial integrity. He also said that fair and lasting peace is possible under Trump’s leadership.
“We are not the obstacle to achieving peace. We really expect from the Synconditional Russian side yes because of the high fire,” Foreign Minister Sybiha said.
During an interactive session in Raisina’s dialogue here, Sybiha also said that a clear position is likely to arise on the fire proposed after the telephone conversation between Trump and Putin.
It will be of world interest to achieve lasting peace and alone, said Sybiha.
Ukraine does not oppose the peace initiative, since he has accepted the United States proposal in a high fire with Russia, Sybiha said.
