‘My father is 100% fit’: Nitish Kumar’s son asks voters to make him CM again | India News

Nueva Delhi: The son of Bihar’s Principal Minister, Nitish Kumar, Nishant Kumar, on Friday to the public who re -elected his father in the next elections of the State Assembly, firmly stating that the veteran leader is “100 percent in form” to continue leading the State.
“This is an electoral year. I have urged people before to vote for my father, and I am doing it again. He has done a lot for Bihar, and his return to being able to ensure that development continues without interruption, ”he said.
When asked about the recent comments of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Tejashwi Yadav who throw doubts about the health of Niten Kumar, Nishant quickly dismissed the concerns, stating: “My father is 100 percent in form.”
The speculation about Nishant’s possible entry into politics has been gaining ground, particularly because the JDU lacks a clear succession plan for the future. The reports have suggested that he could play the next elections of the Harnaut Assembly, the same constituency where Nithish Kumar began his political career decades.
However, Nishant was free to address questions about his possible political debut.
The State is preparing for a highly anticipated assembly at the end of this year, where Niten Kumar will seek a fifth consecutive mandate as the main minister.
