Multiple Gaza-hostage-awareness marchers injured in attack in Boulder

Several people were injured when an attacker used a weapon to burn people during a regular manifestation in Colorado to boost hostages in the hands of Hamas militants in Gaza.

The group runs for their lives: Boulder has been celebrating the manifestations quite regularly, sometimes weekly, from thanksgiving 2023, after the attack of Hamas from October 7 to Israel.

Boulder, Colorado, police chief Stephen Redfearn said that a suspect was in custody after afternoon violence and had suffered minor injuries that required hospitalizations.

The suspect’s name was not released. People were asked to stay away from the center of Boulder while the police review a vehicle that could have been associated with the attack, said Redfearn.

“The area is not yet safe,” he said.

The director of the FBI, Kash Patel, in X described the incident “an objective terrorist attack.”

He said the agents were on the scene helping the police with the investigation.

Redfearn said that it is too early to say that the group that supports the liberation of hostages was specifically directed or if it was an act of terror.

“It’s too early to speculate the reason,” said the boss.

According to a notice for an February event for the same group, “this is a continuous event. We will continue walking until all hostages are released.”
