Texas now has 146 reported measles cases throughout the state. Officials in San Antonio warn hundreds, if not thousands of people may have been exposed to a single infected patient. Doctors say that the best protection against infection is vaccination. Sam Brock from NBC News reports that the CDCs have issued their first notice since the outbreak began in early February.
