Washington – In 2021, the New York Post executed an online trailer of an upcoming documentary about Jeffrey Epstein that was produced by former Trump Advisor Steve Bannon. In the video, Bannon is in the camera questioning Epstein about “all the depravation you have made against young women”, among other things.
But that documentary never came out. Now, Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, Mark, is asking Bannon to show him the invisible images.
“Let me see the video tapes,” News told NBC on Friday. “He is my brother.”
Mark Epstein said Bannon, the personality of the media of Maga, worked with his brother, then a convict sexual offender, after the Miami Herald in 2018 narrated the details of abuse of the victims by Jeffrey Epstein. The two men filmed together before Epstein’s arrest by federal authorities in the summer of 2019.
“He told me he was 15 or 16 hours of Jeff’s video. He was trying to help Jeff rehabilitate his reputation,” said Mark Epstein about Bannon. He said that his meeting and conversation with Bannon took place in New York City after the death of his brother in prison, either in 2019 or 2020.
“They spent a lot of time together,” Mark Epstein told NBC News.
Bannon is not accused of any irregularity and was never publicly part of any research on Epstein.
Bannon did not return a request for comments.
NBC News saw Bannon entering the residence of Jeffrey Epstein in New York on one occasion at the end of 2018.
“When I met with Bannon, he said he wanted to put together a documentary or something together. I was trying to raise some money,” said Mark Epstein, who says he hasn’t had news from Bannon since then.

Bannon has a central place in the Maga Movement. A populist who played a key role in Trump’s political ascent, now organizes the popular “War Room” podcast. He has been advocating that the Trump administration designates a special advisor to investigate the case of Epstein.
In the “The Monsters: Epstein’s Life Between the Global Elite” trailer, published by the New York Post, Jeffrey Epstein said he was a “believer and partisan” of the Time’s Up organization, which worked to combat sexual harassment. Bannon, who has a history as a producer of Hollywood and documentary filmmaker, also seen Epstein if he has two islands, “the islands of Dr. Moreau”, to which Epstein responds, “correct.”
Bannon recognized the images during a live recording of his podcast on July 12 and said he intends to launch at least parts of his contents “at the beginning of next year.”
“We are going to launch the film, the five -part series next year, at the beginning of next year,” said Bannon in response to an interrogator about the future of the documentary.
“You will have to name names, and you will have to understand how the elites of the world, but also intelligence services are inextricably linked in Epstein’s history,” he added. “That is the key.”
Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro criticized Bannon this week for not launching the images.
“Then, releases Epstein’s tapes, Steve,” Shapiro said. “I mean, how, seriously. More transparency is more good. How is that? It seems that makes sense to me.”
During the recording of his podcast “War Room” on Friday, Bannon asked the attorney general Pam Bondi to seek the release of “all sealed evidence” related to Epstein’s investigation.
“They should request to release all sealed evidence, right? And then there are much more they can do, but start with that,” said Bannon.
In 2021, the New York Times said Bannon had confirmed that he had registered more than 15 hours of interviews with Jeffrey Epstein. He said that the film was destined to illustrate how the “perversions and the depravation of Epstein towards young women were part of a life that was systematically supported, encouraged and rewarded by a global establishment that drew their money and influence.”
Jeffrey Epstein died in prison in August 2019. The Forensic doctor ruled that his death is a suicide when hanging. But the circumstances around his death have been for a long time for many in the extreme right, who have promoted the conspiracy that “Epstein did not commit suicide.”
Mark Epstein told NBC News that he now has doubts about the official explanation.
“My concern is that my brother was killed,” he said, adding: “More and more, I think he was killed, and all who look at all the information about the facts reaches the same conclusion, correct?”
In May in Fox Business, the director of the FBI, Kash Patel, who fueled Epstein’s conspiracy theories before joining the administration, said the office had determined that Epstein took his life.
“You know suicide when you see one, and that’s what it was,” Patel said at that time.
Mark Epstein called Patel a “fool” for evaluation.
He said Bannon sent a Dropbox link from an interview clip to Jeffrey Epstein, who, in turn, sent it to his brother. Mark said the link to that footage has expired.
