Man charged with murder after he and his friend allegedly took turns shooting each other

A man faces a murder position for the death of his friend after Texas authorities claim that the two men turned to shoot each other.

Sean O’Donnell, 46, was arrested last week after his friend was shot in the head at the O’Donnell residence, according to the Harris County Sheriff, Ed González. The agents responded to the house on August 17 and found an adult man with a gunshot wound in the head.

The man, Aaron Prout, was taken to the hospital, where he died because of his wounds.

According to González, it was believed that the incident was suicide, but “things did not join” in greater investigation.

Prout and O’Donnell were supposedly put on a kevlar helmet and turned to shoot each other with a rifle.

O’Donnell was accused on Thursday of a murder position in the death of Prout. The judicial records show that a bail of $ 300,000 was established in their case, but seems to be in custody from Tuesday morning.

A public defender represented him during his appearance in the Court. NBC News has communicated with the Harris County Public Defender’s office to comment.
