Lobster gear is getting a colourful makeover this season

You can notice an extra touch of color around the docks and river roads this spring. Some lobster traps, lines and other teams have obtained a colorful image change, with blue, roses and yellow that give a different tone to this lobster season.

The bright colors allow fishermen to see their easiest equipment and distinguish it from other traps and buoys floating in the dark waves of the Atlantic.

Leila Beaudoin of CBC captured these photos while in allocation.
