The Modi government has approved a new bill addressed to the Muslim community, this time looking at strips of invaluable real estate goods traditionally owned and administered by the WAQF Muslim joints.
According to the new statute, the government has set foot on the door by assigning crucial decision making in the provision of a state official. The bill rename the WAQF Law of 1995 and is called the Unified Management Law of Management, Empowerment, Efficiency and Development.
The established objective is to improve the efficiency of the administration and management of WAQF properties. The opposition says that it is a euphemism for the monopolization of land.
The Modi government since its inception has been attacking the minorities of India, the largest community in its sight is the Muslims. While the SIJS, Christians and Dalit have bias equally, aiming Muslims seems more institutionalized and strategically announced. Much of the assault comes from mobs sponsored by the State, but more and more, the State has become a direct part to attack Muslims.
A current example is the vindictive that is filled with houses and Muslim shops by state governments, ignoring a bar in said action by the Supreme Court of India.
The irony is that the ideologically driven ruling establishment is based on patriarchal traditions and lords to subvert the progress of Hindu women while clamata for an anomalous role as Savior of Muslim women. It justifies the new bill by making Muslim women mandatory, members of the WAQF meetings. The leaders of the opposition Pooh-Pooh the claim, saying that women already have the mandate of being members of the Board for a previous act.
The most likely reason for the controversial law lies perhaps in the main interest of the Modi government in granting favors to friendly business captains. The most extravagant building that forms the Mumbai horizon is owned by a tycoon near the Modi regime. It was built on the WAQF land acquired controversial originally donated for the education of poor children that belongs to an increasingly marginalized Muslim community and increasingly coming.
