Kim Delaney, famous for ‘NYPD Blue’ role, arrested on suspicion of assault


Actor Kim Delaney, famous for his role in the “Nypd Blue” of television, was arrested under a suspicion of assault after a domestic disturbance in his home, authorities said.

Delaney, 65, was arrested Saturday morning, said Lieutenant of the Los Angeles County Sheriff, Kenneth Jose Salgado, he said. The husband James Morgan, 54, was arrested and reserved under suspicion of domestic violence, said Salgado.

Salgado said they were arrested in a residence in Marina del Rey, a coastal community to the southwest of Los Angeles. The details of what could have happened were not available on Sunday.

Delaney remained after bars without bail on Sunday afternoon, according to the records of Sheriff’s inmates, who listed the accusation against her as a serious crime.
