Nueva Delhi: Congress on Monday alleged that under Punjab ruled by AAP, Punjab’s feelings and radicalism, calling AAP’s government model, something that “will destroy the country.” Go to a press conference, Congress Committee of all India Treasurer and deputy Ajay Maken, together with former Deputy Minister and former Interior Minister of Punjab, Sukhjinder Singh RandhawaHe said that 11 grenades attacks had occurred in Punjab, without the government not taking measures, and incidents that receive little or no media attention.
The leaders of the Congress alleged that these grenades were made Australian, the same type used in the 2001 Parliament’s attack and the Mumbai 2008 attacks.
Randhawa said he had written to the Interior Minister, asking for urgent attention to the matter.
“Kejriwal continues with the promises to implement the Delhi model in Punjab and the Punjab model here in Del Granadas attacks.
“Our prime minister (referring to Bhagwant Mann) is a coward. He cannot speak against the jalistani and act against them. Kejriwal must respond to these issues,” he added.
During the press conference, Congress also showed a PowerPoint entitled “AAP Ki Paap Ki Kadi”, with statements by KPS Gill, former Director General of Police at Punjab.
In his statements, Gill had warned that if AAP came to power in Punjab, radicalism would extend even more, the party leaders said.
Randhawa also presented slides that showed incidents of alleged terrorist attacks that, according to Congress, the AAP government did not act on.
The Congress also claimed that in 2014, the Sikhs Head for Justice (SFJ) Gurpatwant Singh Pannun prohibited the former CM of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and said he had received funds from him.
They also alleged calls among the member of AAP Rajya Sabha, Raghav Chadha and SFJ.
“Despite this (referring to the incidents shown in the PPT), the AAP government did not take any measure, and the Indian government,” said the Congress.
“This party will destroy Punjab and the country,” Randhawa added.
When commenting on a separate incident, Maken condemned the attack on the statue of Br Ambedkar in Amritsar, calling him a “condemnable act” and questioned: “Kejriwal, are you Desh drug (traitor)?”
He warned Delhi residents who asked them to vote against the AAP, saying that such a party should not be kept in power.
“I want to warn the people of Delhi. They should not vote for a party that remains silent about the emergence of Caalistan feelings and radicalism under them. They must expel AAP from Delhi and Punjab,” Maken said.
When asked if the party will end its alliance with the AAP as part of the Indian block in the context of these accusations, Maken did not give a clear answer.
