A California woman known as the “Queen of Ketamine” agreed to declare himself guilty of federal drug charges in relation to Matthew Perry’s fatal overdose two years ago.
Jasveen Sangha, 42, will declare himself guilty of a charge of maintaining a place involved by drugs; Three ketamine distribution positions; and a Ketamine distribution charge that results in death or serious body injuries, according to the United States Prosecutor’s Office for the Central District of California.
Sangha faces a maximum sentence of 65 years in prison, said the prosecutor’s office in a press release.
Sangha is expected to enter the plea in the coming weeks, according to the statement. Its sentence date has not yet been established.
His guilt statement occurs after several others, including two doctors and Perry’s Live-In personal assistant, declared themselves guilty of ketamine distribution positions in the death of the actor.
Perry, 54, was found face down at the heated end of his Pacific Palisades pool on October 28, 2023.
The Los Angeles County Forensic Physician office attributed his death to an accidental overdose of Ketamine, a hallucinogen known as a party medication that has grown in popularity in recent years as an off -label treatment for depression.
