Quetta: Judge Rozi Khan Barrech of the Superior Court of Baluchistan lent the oath of the President of the Interim Justice of the BHC, after the withdrawal of the President of the Supreme Court, Ejaz Ahmed Swati, on Friday.
The governor of Baluchistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Commandkhail, administered the oath to the President of the Interim Supreme Court in a simple ceremony held at Governor House.
The oath ceremony was attended by the retired judge Amir-ul-Mulk Mengal, retired judge Amanullah Khan Yasinzai, judges of the Superior Court of Baluchistan, president of the Association of the Supreme Court Mian Rouf Atta, president of the lawyer of the lawyer association of the Superior Court Attaullah Langve, inspector general of the police inspector Jeazzam Jah Jah Ansari and a large number of lawyers of lawyers of lawyers Lawyers and Government Directors.
On May 5, notification on the appointment of Judge Rozi Khan was issued as president of the Interim Supreme Court.
