Jordon Hudson, girlfriend of former NFL soccer coach Bill Belichick, subconsciously subconscrated the second finalist in the Miss Maine USA contest during the weekend.
With Belichick, 73, in the first row, Hudson, 24, competed in the two -day contest, which was held in Portland, Maine, on Saturdays and Sundays, for the second consecutive year. In 2024, he placed First Runner-P.
Shelby Howell de Bangor won Miss Maine USA 2025.
Hudson represented his hometown of Hancock in the state contest, which has three different competition areas: interview, swimsuit and night dress. Miss Maine Usa winner advances to Miss USA competition.
During the contest, Hudson received “more elegant” and ended in the top three.
“I feel an immense amount of right pride,” Hudson said during the event’s question. “I hope anyone who is seeing this finds the strength to overcome whatever is happening and embodies that hate never wins.”
Hudson was asked: “If you could relive a moment in your life, what would be and why?”
She replied: “I would return to the days when I was in my family’s fishing boat in Hancock, Maine.”
“I think about this very often because there is a massive exodus in the rural areas of Maine, and I don’t want to see more displaced fishermen,” he said. “Like his next Miss Maine, United States, I would like to go to the communities, go to the legislator and go to the government to advocate these people so they do not think about these memories as a past moment.”
Hudson has been at the Center for Care due to his public relationship with Belichick, the current football coach at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. They met in 2021 on a flight, and now, in addition to maintaining a “personal relationship”, he manages Belichick’s “personal brand”, UNC said.
Apparently, in that capacity, Hudson recently reached the headlines for interrupting an interview for which Belichick sat down with “Sunday Morning” by CBS News, which was broadcast on April 27.
When asked how he and Hudson met, he showed himself to the camera that he intervened with: “We are not talking about this.”
Belichick defended Hudson in a statement: “She was not diverting any specific questions or topic, but simply doing her job to ensure that the interview remained on the way.”
Then, a few days before the start of Miss Maine USA, it was reported that Hudson was prohibited from UNC soccer facilities, which the University refuted.
“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Athletics of Carolina, he is welcome to Carolina’s football facilities,” said Carolina Athletics in a statement. “Jordon will continue to manage all the activities related to the personal brand of coach Belichick out of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”
