The manufacture of man Fabrics will close all its approximately 800 locations after not finding a buyer who maintains its open stores.
In a statement, the company said it would begin to leave business sales as a group stipulation that won its assets at an auction.

Joann was founded as the Cleveland fabric store by German immigrants during World War II. At one point, he was the largest fabric retailer in the United States
The company was public in 2010, but was dismissed within a year. He experienced a brief resurgence thanks to the rise of the crafts that remain at home during the pandemic. Joann returned to public in 2021, but by 2023 his sales had collapsed, and declared himself in an initial bankruptcy procedure in 2024.
Joann listed about 19,000 employees, most of them part -time, when he requested his second bankruptcy protection of chapter 11 in January.
