Rawalpindi: Islamabad United continued his perfect career in the current season of the Super League of HBL Pakistan, shaking the sultans fine for 47 races here at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, thanks to the impressive general show of Jason Holder.
The former Captain of the Western Indies contributed for the first time a 32 of 14 ball cameo, with three four and two six, and then took 4-25 with the ball when fine was included for 155 in his search for 203.
The result meant that fine, finalists in the last three seasons, he is still looking for his first victory this year. Meanwhile, the defense champions of Islamabad, with three victories of three, have established a solid base for their attempt from another place of playoffs.
United was promoted at 202-6 for crucial contributions from Sahibzada Farhan (53 of 35, seven four and two) and Colin Munro (48 of 25, four four and three six) and Haider Ali cameos (33 of 16, three four and two six) and holder in order.
Farhan continued his way to help United Post 62-1 in the power game. He mentioned his second half a consecutive century with a pacemaker of four discounts Mohammad Hasnain, before the USAMA leg spinner MIR ended Farhan’s stay in the fold.
Munro performed the act before Pacer Ubaid Shah sends him to packing with Haider and Holder providing the late impulse.
In response, fine had a decent start, registering 62-2 in the power game, thanks to the 31 of 20 of 20 of USman Khan, and were 93-3 after 10 overs after Holder represented Kamran Ghulam. But the big blow came to them when Mohammad Rizwan (38) fell to United Shadab Khan’s counterpart.
There was not much more fine resistance, since they lost their next five WICKETS for only 35 races, with Holder taking three of them.
